Combines can be a great tool for you if you know how to use them properly. The key is understanding their purpose for you during the recruiting process. First of all, you need to know that a combine really isn’t a true opportunity for you to get exposure to college coaches.
It’s a tool for you to measure and track your athletic progress. Once your get your combine results back it’s important that you do something with them. Take one of your measurables that needs improvement and work to do better the next time.
You can then report that progress to a college coach that you are communicating with.
That’s the proper use of a combine.
Good Luck!
